The inevitable question asked of all teens is "what are your plans after high school?" Some answer with excite- ment, while for others it brings a tidal wave of apprehen- sion. Some teens have set their dreams on a career, while others change their minds, it seems, every week. If you're a parent seeking guidance for your teen in this decision, there are plenty of resources. Stafford County Public Schools (SCPS) invested in Naviance, an online resource that helps students create personalized plans to determine what they'd like to do after graduation. Naviance quizzes students to target their strengths and, according to their answers, intro- duces them to suitable careers.
