When it's too hot to turn on the oven,
what do you cook for dinner?

We usually take cooking outside on the grill. We've
made everything from pizza to meatloaf and lasagna.
For lasagna cook the meat and sauce on the burner
(or in a saucepan directly on the grill). Layer using
oven-ready noodles; cover and cook in closed grill. Keep burners
low and check often as the temp needs to be adjusted frequently.
