While outdoor activities are a lot of fun, it's important to keep your children protected, as it only takes a few serious sunburns to increase skin cancer risk later in life. Whenever you're outdoors with your children, keep them—and yourself—protected by seeking out shade where available, wearing a hat and sunglasses to shade the face, scalp, ears, and neck, and be sure to use a sunscreen with at least 15 SPF and UVA/UVB protection. Even if your sunscreen is waterproof, it's important to reapply often throughout the day for the best protection. Find expert care for you and your family at Practices.mwhc.com. It's all sun and games until somebody gets burned. Here for You Health Tip Practices.mwhc.com 23 no.
