The smell of pumpkin spice coffees and pastries, the cool kiss of autumn's breeze, and the colorful —albeit early — sun- sets are a hallmark of one of the most beloved times of the year. Fall is also a great time for family fun. I f you're looking for a great, FREE family event, why not stop by Embrey Mill as it celebrates its first anni- versary by opening its grounds to the community on Saturday, October 4 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. You'll enjoy excit- ing food vendors, a beer and wine garden, live music and fun for all ages. While you're there, take tours of Embrey Mill's beautiful new homes. Hometown Fall Festival at Embrey Mill Saturday, October 4• 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. ENJOY FREE FOOD. Eat pulled pork barbecue, sausages, Philly cheesesteaks, fresh cut beach fries, grilled corn, vegetarian kabobs, cupcakes, donuts, popcorn, and a grab a frozen delight from gelato cart. ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE. Stay through until evening and walking the sidewalks with warm drinks from the Before and After Café as you take in the first taste of fall foliage. If you prefer to stay indoors, bring a board game and let the kids play while you enjoy a glass of wine. ENJOY FREE ACTIVITIES.
