DIY Halloween costumes are not only cost-eff ec ve but also allow you to express your crea vity. Halloween Costumes Costumes You Can Easily Create with Thri Store Finds or Amazon Buys 10 DIY 1. Classic Witch Components: A black dress, a witch hat, a brooms ck and some green face paint. 2.
