Sometimes, these go hand-in-hand. Without a supportive partner, many women become overwhelmed by the work- load and feel forced to choose between career and family. One of Claiborne's most awe-inspiring and enviable gifts is her ability to find a balance between her work life and her personal life. That's a gift she shares with other women as a Mompreneur Coach. "I help them to build profitable and sustainable businesses without sacrificing family," she says. "That's the key, that they don't sacrifice their family … we built this business for freedom." Claiborne coaches Mompreneurs on foundational topics, i.e., their website, how to package services and marketing. She also leads an online Facebook community for moms in business who need more support — The Profitable Mompreneurs Society, where helpful posts and videos are shared on a wide range of topics relevant to Mompreneurs, from answering important tax questions to faster meal planning. "We are able to change the trajectory of their lives and change the trajectory of the future of their children," says Claiborne. "That is very, very important to me." Mompreneur Coach Mompreneur Coach Super Mom For Claiborne, being a Super Mom begins by getting up every day at 5 am. Her day starts with prayer and exercise, followed by a little work before the kids wake up. "When they wake up, I'm refreshed; I'm reju- venated. I'm happy. I'm excited. I'm ready to greet them, start their day, give them breakfast, all of that good stuff," she says. Claiborne's boys are TC (7), Christian (5), and Isaiah (10 months). Keeping a schedule is one key to this busy mom of three's daily success. She schedules her time in such a way that she can thrive pro- fessionally and personally, separating her work time from her family time. "When work is done, work is done," she stress- es. Additionally, Claiborne emphasizes the importance of disciplining your children, set- ting boundaries and creating systems to help facilitate efficiency in every area of life. Another way this busy Mompreneur can get it all done, set an example for her children and ensure that they spend quality time together— all at the same time—is by implementing an all- hands-on-deck approach, actively involving the kids in the day-to-day running of the business. "We are blessed to be able to let them be involved in the process," she says. "They under- stand what we're working for, why we're doing it and they understand that this is equipping them to be able to have an amazing life." Like most hardworking parents, Claiborne isn't building an empire just for herself. "I'm a believer of the Bible, and the Bible says that a good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children," she says. "I want to be able to leave a legacy." Super Mom
