Fredericksburg Parent celebrated the 5th Anniversary of
Downtown's annual October Scarecrow Fest, which in-
cludes the Scarecrows Are Coming! Scarecrow contest; the
Halloween Movie Night and Costume Contest in Hurkamp
Park; and Treats on the Streets Costume Stroll with Trick or
Trea ng.
Fredericksburg Parent and Family is so happy to give the
gi of these events to the children of Fredericksburg.
Many thanks to the Rappahannock Rotary Club and Chief
Scarecrow John Coker, the Fredericksburg Police Depart-
ment, Fredericksburg Parks and Recrea on, Fort Play To
Go, Triple AAA, Fredericksburg Main Street and the City of
Fredericksburg for their part in the fes val.
