Up to four exceptional rising ninth-grade students (two returning FA students and two new students) will be named Founders Merit Scholars. Recipients will receive a half-tuition scholarship for grades nine through twelve, provided that they maintain solid academic performance and contribute positively to the FA community. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic performance, admission test results, teacher recommendations, and contributions to their school communities. The Academy also provides need-based financial assistance to families who otherwise could not afford to enroll their children at the school.
