Do you buy your kiddos a new every year OR invest in one backpack NICE backpack they'll wear forever? Rachel K. In kindergarten through second grade, we bought the cheap character ones. By third grade he needed a good one so I invested $50 in a nice, hefty backpack. This will be his fourth year using it. Defi nitely worth every penny! Andrea D. FYI - the $5 ones at Five Below have decent zip- pers that have held up for a whole school year! Not a bad deal, $5 a year and then replace it. Kelly E. L.L. Bean and use it for years. Kathy M. Fun character one for kindergarten. After that it's either Land's End or LLBean. They last forever! " 13% 87% NEW NICE
