The doctors at Access Eye Centers' five area locations are highly trained and experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists. But that's not all. They're moms and dads, chefs, runners, artists, teachers. That's why our patients tell us they look forward to their appointments with our doctors. Meet Dr. Christopher Testa, O.D. Dr. Testa grew up in upstate New York. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. His clinical training included a rotation at the W. G. Hefner Veterans Administration Hospital in Salisbury, N.C. Dr. Testa has also completed a post-doctoral residency program in the diagnosis and management of eye disease, his area of special interest. He enjoys refractive care, including contact lens fitting, particularly for patients with corneal disorders. "It's rewarding to discover potentially sight-threatening conditions that patients may not know about, then treating them to preserve their vision," Dr. Testa said. He enjoys outdoor activities, including: kayaking, mountain biking and kiteboarding. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Christopher Testa, call 540-371-20/20. Sat & Evening Appts.
