Be sure to nominate your family's favorite businesses on Fredericksburgparent.net! Voting starts April 1 . Every parent needs a break now and then; a good, solid hour to breathe, stretch, balance, and refocus. That is exactly what Dragonfly Yoga Studio provides and why it was nominated as a Family Favorite in 2015! Just take a look at the amaz- ing feedback it received! Dragonfly Yoga Studio focuses on the individual, as well as the Fredericksburg community as a whole. This is why they launched the Dragonfly Community Donation Program. "Our goal for this program is to address community needs beyond yoga and strengthen the network of non-profits and service organiza- tions that helps keep Fredericksburg such a vibrant place to live and work." The program raises awareness and funds for various non-profits in the area. Past non- profits have included Micah Ecumenical Ministries, The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and more. Dragonfly Yoga also offers various community yoga classes for free, or at a reduced rate, to specialized populations in Fredericksburg (chil- dren, senior citizens, veterans, etc.).
