"Our goal for this program is to address community needs beyond yoga and strengthen the network of non-profits and service organiza- tions that helps keep Fredericksburg such a vibrant place to live and work." The program raises awareness and funds for various non-profits in the area. Past non- profits have included Micah Ecumenical Ministries, The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and more. Dragonfly Yoga also offers various community yoga classes for free, or at a reduced rate, to specialized populations in Fredericksburg (chil- dren, senior citizens, veterans, etc.).
