T
eens tend to be tired
and stressed out from
their hectic lives, and
they don't often take the
time to refuel with nutritious
food. To keep them healthy,
teens need superfoods that
can be eaten in quick and
easy ways that adapt to
their busy lifestyle. A green
dragon smoothie is a per-
fect way for teens to get a boost of antioxi-
dants while on the go. This is our favorite
smoothie, which gets "Super yums" from tod-
dlers to teens.
