To keep them healthy, teens need superfoods that can be eaten in quick and easy ways that adapt to their busy lifestyle. A green dragon smoothie is a per- fect way for teens to get a boost of antioxi- dants while on the go. This is our favorite smoothie, which gets "Super yums" from tod- dlers to teens. Superfoods for Teens Project ½ cup green grapes 1 medium orange, peeled ½ banana, peeled 1/2 slice lime with the rind 1-inch slice of pineapple with the core 1 cup of ice ¼-inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled 1-2 cups baby spinach, packed (more if you can fit it in your blender!)
