Sophia St. Parking Garage located at
600 Sophia St.
WHAT: Enjoy donuts, photo opps, games,
and family fun before we stroll down
Caroline St. and end at Market Square.
Strollers and wagons welcome;
no bicycles. Trick or treat bags provided.
The Downtown Costume Stroll and annual ScarecrowFest
are held in conjunc on with Fredericksburg Parent and Fam-
ily magazine, the Rappahannock Rotary Club, City of FXBG,
Fredericksburg Police Department, Fredericksburg Parks &
Rec, Fredericksburg Main Street, and Fredericksburg Economic
Development & Tourism.
