WHERE: Meet at the VRE Park and Ride Lot B on
Caroline St. Consider parking at the
Sophia St. Parking Garage located at
600 Sophia St.
WHEN: Saturday, Oct 26 at 8:30am
WHAT: Enjoy donuts, photo opps, games, and
family fun before we stroll down Caroline St.
and end at Market Square. Strollers and
wagons welcome; no bicycles.
Trick or treat bags provided.
The Downtown Costume Stroll and annual ScarecrowFest
are held in conjunc on with Fredericksburg Parent and Fam-
ily magazine, the Rappahannock Rotary Club, City of FXBG,
Fredericksburg Police Department, Fredericksburg Parks &
Rec, Fredericksburg Main Street, and Fredericksburg Economic
Development & Tourism.
