In this case, the guru is a sweet-faced, smiling 10-year-old named Kennedy O'Neal, who has writ- ten a children's book with her father, Chris, titled "The Adventures of Super Kennedy." Kennedy "Done Deal" O'Neal, of Spotsylvania, learned how to save money in a piggy bank when she was a toddler, and her realtor/investor dad has been a major inspiration. In her first book, this businesswoman far beyond her years accom- panies her dad while he shows houses to clients. Kennedy con- siders herself his partner, and when he deposits rental property money in the bank, she's also by his side. With the saving and investing experience she has mastered, Kennedy is eager to share her knowledge to help other kids save money.
