Meet Philip Pierce, business development officer (NMLS ID: 2024988) Philip is responsible for developing client relationships and driv- ing deposit growth opportunities in the Fredericksburg region. Working closely with businesses, non-profits and individuals, he serves various industries while building Community Bank's presence. Philip is a native of Fredericksburg. A member of the Rappahannock Rotary Club, he volunteers for organizations such as Fredericksburg Main Street, the Fredericksburg Area Museum, Micah Ecumenical Ministries and Friends of the Rappahannock. Meet Gale Marshall, AVP, branch manager (NMLS ID: 402887) Gale is the Branch Manager for the Virginia market. She has been in banking for over 35 years and joined Community Bank of the Chesapeake in 2011. Gale is an active member of her community and freely gives her time. She is one of the Directors of the King George Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Burkeley Beach Owners Association and is involved with the King George Builders Association.
