Level up your fitness with the MX4 Small Group Training program. This circuit- based program is designed to deliver a total-body workout in every session, helping build whole-body fitness. The MX4 facility includes a self-powered treadmill, rower, medicine balls, free weights, Matrix bike and more. Workouts build fitness with high-intensity bursts of exercise, giving you a better workout in a shorter period of time. You'll build strength, explosiveness and endurance in an atmosphere that feels like a personal training experience—and you won't have time to get bored. The new expansion also includes: • A new spin studio, with brand-new Matrix spin bikes that allow instructors to create varied and engaging workouts. • A yoga studio. • Two racquetball courts. • A classroom that can house a range of educational programs for the community When the workout's over, don't forget about recovery.
