Whole Fruit Popsicles Whole fruit popsicles are a great way to beat the summer heat and get some healthy fruit, too. Arrange small pieces and slices of your fruit loosely in a popsicle mold. Blend chunks of watermelon in a blender until smooth. Pour the watermelon purée into the popsicle mold to fill in the cracks left by the fruit. Freeze and enjoy!! Tired of cooking the same meals for your family? Want to put more fruits and vegetables on your family's plate, but are afraid they won't like it? The Doctor Yum Project can help!
