Train Race

One of Fredericksburg's favorite traditions is the Great Train
Race. This race is a ton of fun for the family, but the run itself
is for kids only. The longest race is 1 mile through the streets of
downtown Fredericksburg (ages 6 - 18). There are two shorter
runs for the little ones—t he George Dashington, a 1/2-mile
following the streets in downtown (for ages 12 and under) and
the Caboose Run, a 1/4-miler for ages 5 and under.
