earrings—hello, Nickel &
Suede. Belting a dress or
skirt is another great way to
use accessories to get that
third piece in.
Seeing as February tends
to be dreary, finding an
upside to the frigid air
can be tough. But, fear
not, there's hope! It's a
lot easier to create outfits
using this rule of three now
than during the summer
when it's as hot as the sur-
face of the sun. Am I right?
