Any Advice For A Troubled Sleeper?

January 29, 2013

How does she do it?! I'm so jealous.

As I've mentioned 879,234,243 times before, this pregnancy is completely different than my first pregnancy. When I was pregnant with Archer, I had slight hip pain at the very beginning of my first trimester, but none really after that. Ho HOO boy! This go around, I have serious hip and tailbone pain all night long. I can't sleep! It feels like my bones are being broken. I'm thinking it has to do with the way I am sleeping. Obviouly, I cannot lay on my stomach and was advised not to sleep on my back (it can cut off baby's blood supply). Sleeping on my side is just a nightmare. I've tried using a snoogle, several pilliows in various places, and even stretching during my nightly dashs to the loo.

Help! Have any of you had this issue? Any advice?
